Ballycanal Cottages are 5 purpose built, fully furnished, self-catering
houses which overlook the Lagan Navigation Canal and the adjoining
equestrian farm. The two storey houses are built in a courtyard style and
have been designed in a contemporary fashion providing bright and
spacious living areas. The open plan living/dining and kitchen area have
two sets of patio doors which lead to paved patio area with landscaped walled
gardens, picnic areas with BBQ facilities and private car parking.

The cottages boast an excellent location with their own private entrance
on Station Road. They are just 5 minutes walk from the Manor Guest House,
two minutes walk from Moira Railway station and 5 minutes walk to the
friendly Chestnut Lodge Pub and restaurant on Station Road. A ten minute
walk brings you to the award winning Georgian village of Moira. Here you
can find a range of antique shops, boutiques, supermarkets and sample the
delicious food from some of the fine restaurants and bars or busy cafes.
The M1 J9 Moira roundabout is a 3 minute drive whilst
the international airport can be accessed within 20 minutes by car.

The cottages are located along the banks of the canal in which the tow path (part of the Millennium Cycling path) is enjoyed by both walkers and cyclists. Fishing and bird watching is also a popular pursuit on the canal banks.

Our accommodation is the alternative to hotel stays, offering you the
freedom, peace and privacy needed whilst travelling, and offering a lower
cost than hotels. Ladybridge Cottage is a three bedroom category 1
disabled cottage with downstairs bedroom and wet shower area. Canal
and Wren Cottage have three bedrooms and Station cottage and Swan cottage are two
bedroom cottages. Each holiday home has been carefully designed and
furnished for your maximum comfort, enjoyment and relaxation.
